Sign Up for a Drivers Education Class

In order to “Hold” your seat in class, Payment must be made either through PayPal (after completing this form) or at the Silverlake Driving School office. For 6 Hour Adult Class (18 to 24 yrs old), class days are listed below Teen Classes in the Session Date and Time field.

PLEASE READ!  VERY IMPORTANT!

We need a signed contract and payment to hold your place in a class. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Paypal.  3% processing fee will be applied for credit/debit cards.

• To make payment in two (2) installments, a $220.00 deposit is required upon registration and the remaining balance of $205.00 will be due by the 3rd Monday of class.  If final payment is not made by last day of class, a $50.00 admin fee will be applied to reinstate student.  Reinstatement of student is at the sole discretion of Silverlake Driving School.  Final certificates will not be available until tuition is paid in full.

• Refund Policy: If after the expiration of 48 hours student does not enter school, terminates enrollment, or withdraws, the driving school will retain $50.00 administrative fee in addition to any credit/debit card fees and bank fees.

2. Click to select your PayPal Payment Option on the next page.
3. Complete your Payment online with PayPal.
4. Print both – your Teen Contract and Addendum to Contract.
5. Click Teen Contract to download.  Click Addendum to Contract to download.
   

We’ll match up your registration with your payment and see you on the first day of class.
